Do you have to have some training experience to work with you?
No! It doesn’t matter whether you have been training for more than 20 years or never stepped foot in to a gym.
If you are looking for guidance and support to structure and learn about how to train for the goals you have then I am able to help you.
Do you offer couples and group training as well as 1-to-1?
Yes! It is always great fun when fitness and training can be shared and boosted with friends. If you are looking to share your journey and training with someone else or a small group of 3-5 people then we can organise sessions for you.
There will be some areas that we will need to discuss to see if it would be suitable that you train together – for example how different your abilities and individual goals are.
Is your training open to everyone?
The training I offer is for anyone who has a training goal and is looking for support and guidance (and some fun!).
It doesn’t matter what age or gender you are or what your training experience is, I will tailor you training accordingly.
What are your prices for personal training and do you offer discounts?
There are some structured fees to the personal training sessions that I offer, however I do provide certain discounts and packages to individuals on a bespoke basis.

Do you offer training for sport specific fitness?
Yes! I played as many sports as I could from a very young age, some to county and regional levels. This passion then developed in to my interest in fitness, health and well-being.
I have played and performed at a variety of sports myself including Hockey, Cricket, Netball, Tennis, swimming and skiing. For nearly 10 years I have been involved in coaching and instructing fitness and sports including the Junior Rugby academy at Northampton Saints, Ski specific training for Ski Gap courses and team fitness and coaching at my previous job where I worked in a school as a sports and fitness coach.
